If you are pregnant, nursing, or under a doctor’s care, consult your physician. Avoid contact with eyes, inner ears, and sensitive areas. I massage applications, blend with good quality coconut oil or other good quality carrier oils at a ratio of 3 to 5 drops essential oil to 1 tablespoon carrier oil. Keep in a dry cool place away from direct sunlight.

Recipe

RELAXING BATH : Add to a 2 ounce squeeze bottle: 10 drops of Lavender (French), 5 drops of Clary Sage and 5 drops of Ylang-Ylang, then fill with Jojoba oil. Shake well to blend and add 1-2 teaspoons to a full tub. Relax and enjoy. (1.7% dilution)

BODY BUTTER : Melt: one ounce each Shea butter and Jojoba oil over low heat. Add 8 drops of Lavender (French), 5 drops of Tangerine, 2 drops of Patchouli and 5 drops of Vanilla Oleoresin. Blend together; it will thicken as it cools. Apply to dry skin or cracked feet. (1.7% dilution)

SOOTHING SHAMPOO : Add to 1 tablespoon of your shampoo: 1 drop of Lavender (French) and 2 drops of Tea Tree. Massage well into the scalp; rinse well before using conditioner.

FIRST AID : In a 1 ounce squeeze bottle add: 5 drops of Lavender (French), 2 drops of Helichrysum, 3 drops of Copaiba and 1 ounce aloe vera gel. Apply 2-3 times a day or as needed to assist the body’s natural process of healing. (2% dilution)

RELEASE : Add to a personal inhaler and inhale as needed: 5 drops of Lavender (French), 5 drops of Lemon and 5 drops of Sweet Orange. Or add 5-6 drops of Lavender (French) to your aroma diffuser and diffuse for 30-60 minutes.

CALM : Add to a personal inhaler and inhale as needed: 7 drops of Lavender (French), 3 drops of Vetiver and 5 drops of Blood Orange. Or add 5-6 drops of Lavender (French) to your aroma diffuser and diffuse for 15-30 minutes before bedtime to encourage relaxation.
