For deliveries in Singapore, your order should arrive within 7 working days from order placement. We will do our best to have your package dispatched in a prompt and timely fashion. However, special circumstances may result in the arrival of the package to be delayed, for example, during festive seasons. If you do not receive your order within 8 days of placing it, please do email us at email@example.com with your name and order number. It would be most helpful if you could also send the order acknowledgement slip as this allows us to resolve the issue even faster.
Please inspect the goods immediately upon receipt for good condition and correctness of order, if possible, in the presence of the delivery person. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org if something is amiss. Any anomaly is to be communicated to Shea within 10 days of order placement or 3 days after goods are received. We cannot accept exchanges after this period. Goods exchanged and original packing must be returned. Goods will be packed to minimise corner damages like dents and dings, however, these are to be expected and not grounds for refunds or exchange.
Delivery Fees (Singapore)
Delivery is free for orders above the minimum amount stipulated in our website for deliveries within Singapore. For orders below the minimum spend value, a fixed delivery fee will be levied for deliveries (within Singapore).
Delivery Cost (Outside Singapore)
Our system automatically calculates freights for some countries we deliver to. Auto-calculated rates are for the following countries – Malaysia, Brunei, Philippines, Indonesia.
We welcome orders from other countries with no pre-calculated delivery fees. Please email us at email@example.com with your order and we will check freight and advise you on the rates and freight options. If you accept the quoted rates, we will generate a manual invoice for you. Goods will be dispatched once payment has been received.
Deliveries to countries other than Singapore will be sent by registered mail with receipt acknowledgement and tracking. Tracking details will be provided to you as soon as it is available. Please do check tracking on the advised website for the location of your package before contacting us. The receipt of your goods will depend highly on the efficiency of the local post office.
Urgent Deliveries (in Singapore)
Urgent deliveries for orders paid for can be accommodated for a fixed delivery fee of SG$20.00 anywhere within Singapore between 9am to 6pm. For deliveries to hotels, please provide your room number so that we may inform hotel staff of the delivery. Our delivery person is to be met in the lobby by the person who has placed the order. With proof of identification. Our delivery person will not deliver to hotel rooms. If our delivery person is not met within 10 minutes of arrival, the goods will be given to the hotel reception and the goods will have been deemed delivered. No claims will be entertained for non-receipt of goods.
Alternatively, you may choose to pick up your order at Pasir Ris MRT station between 9am to 6pm after confirming the appointment time with us. Please use either text message or WhatsApp to

There are two ways payments can be made through PayPal. Through your PayPal account if you have one, or by credit card, using the PayPal portal. PayPal accepts most credit cards.
Please note, if your PayPal payment is made by ECheque, this can take up to 10 days to clear and your order will be sent out once PayPal have notified us that the payment has cleared.
PayPal will use the ECheque method of payment if you have not added a credit or debit card to your PayPal account as an alternative method of payment to payments made directly from your bank account.
Please also ensure that you keep your account verified with PayPal at all times to ensure the account is in good standing.
