Rinse your body with warm water (not hot) to soften the skin
Lather with one of our gentle, sulphate-free Shea soaps
Wet the glove thoroughly and rub soap onto it
Gently exfoliate in circular motions, adjusting pressure to your comfort
Rinse off and pat dry
Follow with our pure hand-pressed argan oil or seaweed-infused argan body lotion for added hydration
Use once daily or as needed. One glove is usually sufficient, but two may be used for full-body exfoliation.
