										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>It was introduced to Europe in the 17th century and used for house and shipbuilding. Siberian Fir Oil was produced in small villages throughout Russia before the revolution. This oil is a favourite to use around the Christmas holidays. Siberian Fir Needles have a unique chemical composition that contributes to its ability to promote feelings of clear airways. It can also be used to purify the skin and promote a positive mood. Blending Siberian Fir with citrus oils will create an uplifting environment while freshening the air.</p>

Main Constituents: Ester. Bornyl acetate, terpinyl acetate, camphene, pinene.<br />
Shelf Life : 2 to 3 years</p>
<p>Blending : Pine oil blends well with cedar wood, eucalyptus, lavender, niaouli, rosemary and sage and citrus.</p>
<p>Massage : In a blended massage oil or diluted in the bath, it can be used for asthma, cellulite, colds, coughs, infections, and sinusitis. It also helps give relief from mental, physical and sexual fatigue, while having a cleansing and invigorating effect on an area and is great for vapour therapy as it promotes healing.</p>
<p>Diffusion : In burners and vaporisers, it can be used for asthma, colds, coughs, smokers cough, drowsiness, hangover and sinusitis.</p>
<p>Safety : DO NOT ingest the oil. Possible skin sensitivity. Always do a patch test on a small area of skin. Keep out of reach of children. If you are pregnant, nursing, or under a doctor’s care, consult your physician. Avoid contact with eyes, inner ears, and sensitive areas. I massage applications, blend with good quality coconut oil or other good quality carrier oils at a ratio of 3 to 5 drops essential oil to 1 tablespoon carrier oil. Keep in a cool dry place and out of direct light.</p>
