• 118 ml tube of a gentle and moisturising argan and superfruit face wash
• 118 ml tube of an ultra gentle Argan face scrub to remove all the dead skin from your face

Gently wash your whole face (and neck if necessary) clean with the face wash then rinse off.

Follow on by gently scrubbing your whole face (and neck if necessary)  in a circular motion. Remember, be gentle.

Wash off the scrub thoroughly and then gently pat dry your skin with a clean fresh face towel. Your face should feel clean and soft.

Remember to change your pillow cover at least twice a week. It would be even better if you could place a towel on your head pillow and change it everyday. This prevents bacteria from your face being transmitted from your face to your pillow and then back again to your face.

It is always good to do a patch test on the arm before using a product no matter how gentle it is (for example, the face). This is a standard precaution as it is possible to be allergic to any soap or cosmetic or skin care product. We are all different, and we may not know of any sensitivities we may have to certain ingredients. If your skin becomes irritated or develops a rash, discontinue use.

• 10 ml pure hand pressed Argan Oil to remoisturise and calm the skin.

Finally, put 3 or 4 drops of pure hand pressed argan oil in the cupped palm of one hand.

Dip one or two  finger tips into the pool of argan oil in your cupped palm and dab spots of argan oil all over your face (and neckif necessary)

Do this until almost nothing is left in your palm.

Now, use the first segmet of your fingers on both hands (don’t use your whole hand) and gently spread the argan oil evenly all over your face (and neck if necessary)

Your face should not feel oily. If it does, use less oil  the next time.
